Privacy Policy
We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information (PII) when you visit our site. We will not sell your PII to anyone. We comply with applicable PII laws and regulations.
Information collected automatically from your browser: IP Address, Cookie Information, Page(s) Visited, Timestamps of Site Activity, and Login History.
Information collected manually (items you volunteer): Name, Address, Phone Number, Email Address, Family Information, Allergies/Medical or Legal notes, Financial Details, Attendance History, or any other PII you share with us for the purposes of us serving you and your family.
Information is Processed as such: Submitted data is collected into a profile for you and stored into an encrypted database system. Items such as email addresses or phone numbers may be shared with third party providers to facilitate use of said provider systems for communication or donation purposes for our organization only.
This information is collected for the following purposes: To know you and your family in order to serve you the best we can, to facilitate user logins to our systems, to check into gatherings and print name tags, to process financial transactions (donations, registrations, etc), to keep you or your children safe while at our locations, to contact you with important updates or news regarding the church and its ministries.
User data deletion: Should you wish to be removed from our systems, contact CSDatabasesDirector@CedarCreek.tv with the subject line of “Remove my data” and please provide your name, email, and phone number so we can search our systems and remove you from all legally allowable areas. Some retention or reporting laws may prevent immediate deletion, such as financial donation records, until a certain time has elapsed.
Security Policy
Your payment and personal information is always safe. We do not handle your credit card information, rather we direct you to a third party site to handle financial transactions via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which is the industry standard, and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet. More information can be found here.
Refund Policy
Donations to CedarCreek Church are only refundable within the Tithe Challenge. The refund policy for specific events is determined according to the nature of the event and/or request and relevant governing terms of the registration transaction. We will do our best to accommodate refunds but results are not guaranteed as some events are non-refundable.
Shipping Policy
This site is for donations or registrations only. No products are shipped. In the event that materials are given with an event registration, they will be delivered electronically immediately following registration or will be available for pick-up at the event location depending on the event in question.
Digital Deposit Policy
Please Note: Effective 10/1/2011 checks payable to CedarCreek Church (donations, registrations, etc.) MAY be processed electronically. This means we will send an image of the check to the bank for processing rather than the original check. Original checks will be securely stored for 120 days and then destroyed. The image of the check or a substitute check will always be available from your financial institution. If you currently have checks returned in your bank statement, then you will continue to receive either an image of the check or a printed substitute check. Both are acceptable as legal proof of payment. This change does not affect online giving or kiosk donations and some checks will continue to be processed traditionally. Please email Finance@CedarCreek.tv if you have any concerns.
