End Illiteracy.

Did you know that prisons determine their future occupancy needs by looking at the reading level of current 4th graders? Hearing this broke our hearts and we know we as a church can help in reducing this number.

From October to April, we have joined with area schools spending time reading with their students who need extra help. If you have just 60-120 minutes a week during the school day to read with a child, we’d love to talk to you more about this program. If you would like to help, but can’t make it during school hours, there are serving opportunities for you as well.
