When will I get my ticket?

A confirmation of your registration along with your ticket has been emailed to the email address provided at registration. If you have not received a confirmation, please email MensEvent@CedarCreek.tv to ensure we have your correct email. Registration will not be available at the door the night of the event.

Will child care be provided?

Do I have to register now? Or, can I register at the door?

Are refunds available if I can’t attend the event?

Thank you for understanding that all registrations are non-refundable, but they are transferable. Transfers are the responsibility of the two parties involved to identify the new ticket holder, including the exchange of payment. You can let us know you have transferred your ticket at MensEvent@CedarCreek.tv to insure you can check-in that night. So in other words, if you would like to give your ticket to someone else to attend or have them pay for it so they can attend, that’s great. Exchange the payment on your own and then let us know who you transferred your ticket to. We can receive transfer notifications up to 24 hours before the event takes place.
