How to lead at home
- Become familiar with our CedarCreek Kids resources, such as Parent Cues, to reinforce Basic Truths at home. Repeat the
Basic Truths and help your child apply them. - Purchase a kids’ Bible. We love The Jesus Storybook Bible and The Adventure Bible.
How to partner with the church
- If your child has been attending CedarCreek Kids for a while, they’ve been promoted to the elementary ministry as kindergartners. Celebrate that exciting step!
- Build relationships with your child’s CedarCreek Kids Group Leader and help your child do the same. Consistent attendance will help them feel safe and comfortable with leaders who become friends! They want to partner with you!
- Attend Start Here—A conversation with your child about what it looks like to follow Jesus.
- We invite your kindergartner to attend Kids Camp! It’s the most fun they’ll have all summer!
