As Christ followers, we love celebrating Easter and what it means for us – but we often miss some of the true power and impact of that moment by skipping over the moments that lead to it.
This year, we’ll have two different services during the week of Easter:
- A Good Friday service (4/15, 7pm at the Perrysburg Campus, Findlay Campus, and online) – This will focus on the final hours before Jesus died on the cross, and will be an intimate, powerful service intended to help you reflect on what Jesus did for all of us.
- Our Easter services (4/16-17) – These services will be powerful in a different way as we celebrate the morning of Easter, and will incorporate big production and live art elements as well as a compelling message from our Lead Pastor, Ben Snyder.
The Bible gives an account of a series of events that happened over three days’ time that changed everything. Starting with one man’s sentence to be put to death by crucifixion, a plan that no one could have dreamed of unfolded. Day became night. Lies, betrayal, and death led the way to truth, faithfulness, and resurrected life, sparking a movement of people that continues to change the world today. Join us as we explore the events of those three days to understand what really happened, who God really is, and what all of it means for us today.
