We have a number of areas in which we reach out to people that call CedarCreek “home”. Prayer Ministry
Need prayer? Submit a prayer request by filling out the form here. You can also click here (prayer null@null cedarcreek NULL.tv) to email a prayer request for yourself or someone you know. Worried about confidentiality? Don’t be! Our prayer ministry uses first names only, of the people we pray for. If you would like someone to pray with you in person, join us in the front of the auditorium after any service, at any campus and we will pray with you.
Hospital Visitation
Would you like us to visit you while you are in the hospital? Just call the Office at the Perrysburg Campus (Central support), 419-661-8661. Be sure to give us your name, hospital name, room number, admission date and any other pertinent information you care to share. One of our volunteers from the Hospital Visitation Ministry would love to visit you.
Weddings
Planning on getting married at CedarCreek Church? Please plan ahead! Submit a completed Wedding Application to the Office at the Perrysburg Campus (attention Donna Eoff) at least 6 months prior to your wedding date. Chapel availability is limited and there is a Pre-Marriage mentoring requirement for all CedarCreek weddings that takes at least two months to complete.
