Planning on getting married at CedarCreek Church? Please plan ahead! Submit a completed Wedding Application to the Office at the Perrysburg Campus (attention Donna Eoff) at least 6 months prior to your wedding date. Chapel availability is limited and there is a Pre-Marriage mentoring requirement for all CedarCreek weddings that takes 8-10 weeks to complete. What does it entail?
A trained mentoring couple will be assigned to guide you through a study book and companion workbook for 8-10 weekly sessions. These books are available at The Source, CedarCreek’s bookstore.
What is talked about at mentoring sessions?
You will discuss the myths of marriage, identifying love styles, communication, and resolving conflicts; finances; sexual relationships; and family of origin. Strengths will be celebrated and areas needing growth will be discussed.

If you would like someone to pray with you in person, join us in the front of the auditorium after any service, at any campus and we will pray with you.
Would you like us to visit you while you are in the hospital? Just call the Central Support Office (at the Perrysburg Campus), 419-661-8661. Be sure to give us your name, which campus you attend (the patient), hospital name, room number, admission date and any other pertinent information you care to share. One of our volunteers from the Hospital Visitation Ministry would love to visit you.

Do you want CedarCreek to be involved in your loved one’s funeral or memorial service? To have a CedarCreek pastor officiate your service, either offsite or in our chapel, call the Central Support Office (at the Perrysburg Campus), 419-661-8661, and ask to be connected to the lead pastor of the CedarCreek Campus you attend (at the Perrysburg Campus ask for Community Care Pastor Rick DuShane).
